Recurring Treatment Scheduling and Follow-Up
- When the treatment plan indicates a next treatment session is due, the patient is automatically sent a link to the Treatment Calendar to book their upcoming treatment appointment.
- After the patient books the session, confirmation and reminder notifications are sent to both the patient and the assigned provider.
- If the patient reschedules, cancels, or misses the treatment session, an automated follow-up message is sent to the patient with instructions and a direct link to reschedule.
- This process repeats for each subsequent treatment session as outlined in the treatment plan, maintaining ongoing communication and scheduling until the plan is complete.
