Delivery of Treatment Plan, Consent Collection, and Notifications
- Once the provider finalizes the personalized treatment plan, the patient automatically receives the plan details via email or patient portal, outlining the peptides prescribed, their dosage, and frequency.
- At the same time, consent forms tailored to the prescribed treatment are generated and sent to the patient for electronic signing.
- If the patient has not signed and returned the consent form within a set timeframe (e.g., 24–48 hours), automated follow-up reminders are sent periodically to encourage completion.
- The follow-up reminders continue at regular intervals until the patient signs and submits the consent form.
- The provider receives automatic notifications indicating whether the consent form has been signed or remains outstanding, allowing timely follow-up if needed
