Provider Determines Treatment and Creates Plan
- After reviewing the patient’s intake information and completing the consultation, the provider evaluates the patient’s goals, medical history, and any lab results to determine the most appropriate peptide or treatment protocol.
- Based on this assessment, the provider selects the recommended peptide(s) or therapy tailored to the patient’s specific needs.
- The provider then documents the selected treatment by creating a personalized plan within the designated Treatment Planner page of the system.
- The treatment plan includes detailed instructions, dosage information, duration, and any necessary follow-up steps.
- Once completed, the plan is saved to the patient’s record and is made available for the patient coordination team to review and initiate next steps.
