- Once a patient successfully books a consultation and completes the intake form, an automated confirmation notification is immediately sent to the assigned provider.
- This confirmation includes the patient’s appointment details along with access to their submitted intake information.
- One day before the scheduled consultation, the assigned provider receives an automated reminder to review the patient's information and prepare for the appointment.
- Both the confirmation and reminder notifications are delivered through the provider’s preferred communication channel (e.g., email, EMR notification, or internal messaging system).
