Automated Notifications to Assigned Provider
  1. Once a patient successfully books a consultation and completes the intake form, an automated confirmation notification is immediately sent to the assigned provider.
  1. This confirmation includes the patient’s appointment details along with access to their submitted intake information.
  1. One day before the scheduled consultation, the assigned provider receives an automated reminder to review the patient's information and prepare for the appointment.
  1. Both the confirmation and reminder notifications are delivered through the provider’s preferred communication channel (e.g., email, EMR notification, or internal messaging system).
