Treatment Plan Confirmation and Reminders
- Once a treatment plan is finalized, an automatic confirmation notification is sent to the assigned provider, confirming the plan details.
- If the patient is not yet approved the Good Faith Estimate (GFE) or has not signed the consent form, the system sends additional reminders to the provider to review on these outstanding items.
- All notifications are delivered through the provider’s preferred communication channels, such as email, EMR alerts, or internal messaging systems.
- Providers are expected to promptly review these notifications to ensure the patient completes necessary approvals and consent for treatment to proceed smoothly.
