Treatment Session Scheduling and Follow-Up
  1. After the treatment plan is confirmed, the patient is sent the Treatment Calendar with a link to book their treatment session at a convenient date and time.
  1. Once the patient books the treatment session, automated confirmation and reminder notifications are sent to both the patient and the assigned provider.
  1. If the patient reschedules, cancels, or misses a treatment session, the system automatically sends a follow-up message to the patient with instructions and a direct link to reschedule their appointment.
  1. Follow-up reminders continue until the patient successfully rebooks the treatment session.
