Treatment Session Scheduling and Follow-Up
- After the treatment plan is confirmed, the patient is sent the Treatment Calendar with a link to book their treatment session at a convenient date and time.
- Once the patient books the treatment session, automated confirmation and reminder notifications are sent to both the patient and the assigned provider.
- If the patient reschedules, cancels, or misses a treatment session, the system automatically sends a follow-up message to the patient with instructions and a direct link to reschedule their appointment.
- Follow-up reminders continue until the patient successfully rebooks the treatment session.
